Five face-to-face planning sessions at key times during the planning process

Ceremony and Reception venue referrals, arrange appointments for walk-through and accompany to each venue
Unlimited vendor referrals
Arrange vendor meetings and accompany to meetings and assist with all selections to ensure a cohesive design
Review of all venue and vendor contracts and price negotiations
Unlimited follow up phone calls or e-mails with all selected vendors to notify them of changes or to relay any other pertinent information
Bridal party attire recommendations
Assistance with all fine paper selections including save the date cards, invitations, thank you notes, programs, menu and name cards, table numbers as well as wedding favors
Itinerary and Timeline development and implementation for bridal party and each wedding vendor and venue to ensure all parties are well informed and ready to execute
Final walk through at venues to finalize any rentals needs and set-up, design and decor, flow, floor plan/layout.
Final vendor confirmations. All vendors will be personally called, their contract and the wedding itinerary is discussed in detail. Done the week of the wedding
Assistance with hotel accommodations for out of town guests
Assistance with transportation needs and arrangements. This includes transportation for the bridal party as well as for transportation specific to needs of the reception venue selected
Rehearsal direction - 2 hours. Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought to ceremony and/or reception; examples are candles, programs, guest book and pen, cake serving set, toasting glasses, favors, etc.

One "Wedding Day Assistant" is included. Additional assistants will be negotiated at a separate rate of $200 per day as needed based on number of guests, selected venue(s), and size and set up of venue(s). Additional assistant(s) may be required for events that specify intricate decor and/or extensive set-up. Certain specialized decor such as lighting and tent draping will be outsourced, budgeted and planned for accordingly
Additional face-to-face consultations can be added and will be billed at $75 per hour
Travel fees and expenses may apply for selected venues outside of a 50 mile radius; these costs will be discussed and applied accordingly

Month-of Wedding Planning
You've done the bulk of the planning and you're in the final stretch. Let us step in and pull it all together now, so you can focus on you. You've worked hard! Get a massage, take a long walk with your fiancé and talk about the future, take care of the fun stuff like shopping for your bridesmaids and finding those fabulous shoes while you let us handle the last minute details.

Hourly Consultations
Consultations can be booked at any time during your planning process without a contract. At this point you have your ideas in mind but you need professional advice on how to pull it all together.
$75 per hour
Design and Décor Advice
This consultation will take place at your reception and or ceremony venue. We will discuss the overall design and flow. Assistance with color palette, table linens, centerpieces, rental needs and floor plan. On site suggestions are made as well as a detailed design plan will be submitted in a timely manner.
$250 (2 hour session, after 2 hours $75 per hour)
